How It Works

Travelling abroad for dental work should feel organised, not risky. We review your enquiry and match it to a suitable clinic in our Bucharest partner network based on treatment, case needs and availability. We disclose the selected clinic and treating dentist before you decide or share records with them.

   Step 1: Tell us what you need

   Fill in the free quote form with a short description of your situation: missing teeth, failing crowns, a quote from a UK dentist you would like compared or simply “I don’t know where to start”. If you have a recent X-ray or panoramic scan (OPG), you can send it later by email or WhatsApp; it is not required to begin.

   Step 2: Receive a personal treatment plan and price

   After you agree to the proposed match, a dentist at the selected partner clinic reviews the information you choose to share and prepares a written treatment plan: the recommended procedure, materials and brands, number of visits, timescales and an itemised price. We explain anything that is unclear, in plain English, with no pressure and no obligation.

   Step 3: Choose your dates, we organise the visit

   Once you are happy with the plan, we coordinate appointment dates with the selected clinic. You book your own flights, accommodation and local transport, so the supplier, cancellation terms and payments stay under your control. Direct flights from several UK airports reach Bucharest in around 3-3.5 hours; check current travel guidance and live schedules before booking.

   Step 4: Treatment at the selected partner clinic

   You are treated by the selected partner clinic. Before you commit, ask for the dentist’s name and registration, the clinic details, the materials and brands, and the guarantee terms in writing. Most treatments follow one of two patterns: a single trip for some veneers or crowns, or two visits a few months apart for many implant cases. Your dentist confirms the schedule for your case.

   Step 5: Aftercare and written guarantees

   Ask the treating clinic for your treatment records, X-rays and its written guarantee terms before you fly home. If anything needs attention afterwards, contact us and the treating clinic. We help coordinate communication, but the clinic remains responsible for its clinical work and guarantee.

What we don’t do

• We are not a dental practice and do not give medical advice. Clinical decisions are made by you and the treating dentist.
• We do not publish a clinic name or address before matching because we work with multiple partners. We disclose the proposed clinic before you decide or share records with it.
• We do not book or take payment for flights, hotels or transfers. Our referral service is free for patients; partner clinics may pay us a referral fee.
